Valuations are performed under the International Valuation Standards (IVS) and the requirements of Kazakhstan valuation legislation.

Reports are accepted by second-tier banks, auditors and regulators. For IFRS purposes (IFRS 3, IAS 36, IFRS 13) we prepare calculations in a format suitable for review by the group auditor.

The practice is led by a partner who is a certified valuer of Kazakhstan and an RICS member, with project experience for the Samruk-Kazyna group and the Development Bank of Kazakhstan.

What this consent means
